Simple healthy cooking tips

General cooking

  • When you are cooking think like a chef.
  • Try to vary the meat and vegetables in a dish, so that there is an interesting variety of flavors, textures, and colors.
  • Always use fresh ingredients when possible.
  • Be sure to have everything prepared before you start cooking.

Sauce and seasonning

  • Always use fresh ginger and etc, not powdered.
  • Use brown sugar as a substitute for MSG (Monosodium Glutamate).

Cooking with oil

  • When deep-frying, to tell if the oil is hot enough, simply sprinkle some water in the wok. When the oil sizzles all around it, you can begin adding the foodd and after frying drain on a kitchen paper towel before serving.
